Rail & Intermodal Transportation Summer Youth Program 2018

NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS YEAR'S RAIL AND INTERMODAL TRANSPORTATION SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM!

This weeklong program, held this July 8-14, 2018, will feature hands-on classroom activities and numerous field trips to give you a first-hand look at the Rail & Intermodal Transportation Industry - the people who keep the world on the move!

Learn about track structure, railyard operations, how truckers do their work, and many more facets of this fascinating industry, all while staying in the beautiful Lake Superior Region of Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Students are eligible to attend if they're entering 9th-12th Grades in the fall of 2018. Total cost for the entire week's program, excluding transportation to and from Michigan Tech, is $450 thanks to our generous sponsors, who will be providing all accepted students with a $550 scholarship award!

The Application Deadline is May 1st - Don't Delay, Seats are Limited!
